At The Clipper District, we take pride in providing high-quality professional barber tools. Every item is carefully inspected and securely packaged before it is shipped to ensure it arrives in excellent condition.
Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging.
Once the damage is verified, we will provide a refund or replacement for the damaged product.
Inspection Before Shipping
All clippers, trimmers, and shavers are thoroughly inspected before shipment. Each product is packaged carefully to help prevent damage during transit.
Because every item is checked before leaving our facility, we do not accept returns or refunds for items that are not damaged upon arrival.
