At The Clipper District, we work to process and ship orders quickly while ensuring every item is packaged securely for safe delivery.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 days after payment is received. Orders may be processed and shipped throughout the week, including weekends, depending on order volume and carrier availability.

Before shipping, all products are carefully inspected and securely packaged to help ensure they arrive in excellent condition.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

We currently offer:

• Standard Shipping – $8.00
• Express Shipping – $15.00
• Free Shipping on orders over $150

Shipping times may vary depending on location and the carrier selected.

Delivery Times

Once shipped, most orders arrive within:

• Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days
• Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Damage

If your order arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can assist you.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. The Clipper District is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
